Keyboard trouble

Hello,
I don't know why i'm having so much difficulty. I have just started learning Russian 3 weeks ago. I installed the "russian - phonetic" keyboard, at the reccomendation of my professor. However, I can't find one letter on it. I've had someone look at the keyboard map, i've pressed every key, and no luck. The letter I'm looking for is "Ё". May I ask for a suggestion as to either a workaround or someone to help me find the letter? I don't know why i have so many apple troubles with russian, but that is how it is.
