Mac telegram problem

i have problem with recent photos on mac in telegram app(official)
after I took a photo through a webcam on a mac in the telegram application, I did not find a way to delete this photo (despite the fact that I deleted the photo from the chat)
that is, when you want to send a photo to a person, you choose a camera, then you have the opportunity to take a photo, choose a photo of which color or recent.
already deleted through the finder itself and deleted the application itself, even after that the photos remained in recent
please help me delete my recent photos
