I use a eircom mail on the mac using the mail app. Everytime I go into this to sned and receive I get an error saying Digital signature and am unable to send any mail.
If you can access webpages, the most likely cause would be incorrect settings in your e-mail program.
Try the following.
• Check your e-mail program settings.
Is your e-mail program set to Send Immediately?
The best way to see if e-mail is actually being sent from your account is to look in the Sent Items folder. All e-mails in the Sent Items folder have actually been sent through the internet, although this is not a guarantee that the intended recipient will receive it.
If e-mail appears in the Outbox immediately after clicking Send, your e-mail program may not be configured to send e-mails automatically.
