Possible Mac OS Sierra Bug: VoiceOver in and out of sound effects reversed

Hi All,

I tried to make the subject be as explicit as possible to help if people didn't want to read this. I just upgraded to Sierra and have noticed that the "in" and "out" of content sound effects have been switched for interaction. The performance is consistent, and VO does what I want it to do, but my brain got used to the sound effects and the level of cognitive distortion is real for now. So, is this a bug or feature, or something specific to my system? If I can confirm it's a bug and not just me, I'll of course report it.

Thanks,
Chelsea

This may be a bug in the current OS. Write to Apple Accessibility and see what they say. I agree that the rising tone should indicate interacting while the descending tone should indicate exiting an element to the higher level element.

I haven't noticed this happening here. It might just be a bug on your system. But then again I haven't paid that much attention to it.
