If I understand what you want to do correctly what you need to do is.
1. Import or rip your CD into your Mac- iTunes can do this.
2. Locate your imported tracks in your iTunes Media/Music folder in Finder or where ever your CD Ripper has placed the files.
3. Press command a to select all the Tracks you want in Finder.
4. Open TextEdit.
5. Press Command Shift TT to force textEdit into plain text mode.
6. Press Command V to paste in the text of the tracks you have copied from your Music folder.
You can then edit in TextEdit to make the track Listing appear as you wish.
