Problem with dragging controls in Control Center in macOS 26.2.

Today I have the following question for you. In macOS 26.2, are you able to rearrange the controls in Control Center, meaning change their order? Unfortunately, I’m not able to do this myself. I actually hadn’t tried it yet in the latest version of the system, but when I finally did, I found that I couldn’t make it work at all.
I tried every method I could think of, with no success. I tried dragging with the mouse, using VO + Cmd + F5 to bring up the mouse and then dropping the item, but that didn’t work either. I also tried dragging using VoiceOver, and again I wasn’t able to achieve anything. I’m curious whether it works the same way for you, or if there is some trick or workaround that I’m not aware of.
I should also mention that I even tried separating the keyboard cursor from the VoiceOver cursor using the VO + Shift + F3 shortcut, but that didn’t make any difference either.
