problem getting my mac vertual machine to boot

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I'm having trouble getting my vertual machine to boot in vmware 9. Apparently it comes up with the device mapping table, telling me to press escape for 1 second to skip startup or any other key to continue. Nothing works. The apple logo comes up but then that same screen comes back. Thoughts?

you might need to use streams, but that is a GSuite feature only.
