Yesterday I was trying to activate the second factor authentication in one of my gmail accounts. To be able to use the account in the mail app of my Mac , I needed to create what they call an app password which is specific to an app. For this process I was required to select the app name in a table that was shown in the settings page of gmail. The problem was that I wasn't able to move into the table using VoiceOver. I asked for sighted assistance, and my son told me that the table was there, but that VO was jumping over it. When he moved the mouse over the table, VO was indeed reading the items under the mouse..
What is the cause of the problem: Google, VoiceOver, or me? Does anyone know how to deal with this situation? Any help will be appreciated.
