Question about managing Mac Dashboard widgets

Hello,

I tried to use the Dashboard on my MacBook Pro with High Sierra. When I tried to add or remove a widget, I could not find any button or other possibility to do so. The menu item "Widget", which was described in the Podcast, is not there.

Is this a VoiceOver Bug or did I overlook something?
