question about zoom presenting

Hello there!
I need to do a double screen share and I am not sure how to do it. hopefully someone can help me?
I will be presenting screen share of a book.
However, there's a glossary that the book comes with (i have that in an image) and that needs to be visible at all times during the screen share.
can someone give me some advice on how to set up the screen that way? thank you very much.
