Just wondering whether it is possible to activate voiceover when entering the recovery partition on newer macs with touch-bar. I'm about to order the new 16" MacBook Pro, and am curious whether accessibility has regressed in this regard since the days of function keys. I'm currently using a late 2013 MacBook pro on which it is perfectly feasible to activate VO in the recovery partition.
