Seeking help with the Eloquent Bible Program for the Mac

Hello all, Does anyone use or know someone who uses the Bible program Eloquent? I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I have been unsuccessful with installing it on my MBP. Perhaps there is a kind soul on the list who would look at the program for me? You can find it on Crosswire.com, or just Google Eloquent Bible Program for the Mac. Thanks, John
