Strange menus popping up in Safari

Hi,
I've recently been seeing some strange behaviours in Safari, and decided to write about the here to see if anyone else has been experiencing these.
The issue is, that I'm getting strange menus popping up in Safari when I press on different links or press enter after typing a text into a search field.
The most recent this issue has appeared, was on Youtube.com. When I typed text into the search field, and pressed enter, a menu popped up, which I couldn't dismiss, I tried everything possible but the menu continued to be there and I couldn't get anywhere. In the end I had to close Safari to get rid of it.
I've been noticing it on few other websites, and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue, as it's getting quite annoying.
I also noticed, that when the issue starts happening on a website, it seems to be permanent and always seems to happen, therefore, if Youtube is now having the issue, this can cause problems permanently based on my observations.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
