Using Pages and Numbers with VO

As a new owner of a Macbook Air, I am trying to use Pages and Numbers. I previously used Microsoft Office with Windows and JAWS and became pretty proficient. However, I would like to gain similar functionality with iWork. Does anyone know of a good source of information, such as demos and tutorials, on using iWork with VoiceOver. Thanks.
