VoiceOver Issues on macOS 15.7 – Web Pages & Auto-Filled Passwords”

I’m not sure when this started—probably with macOS 15.7. Sometimes when web pages load, VoiceOver cannot interact with the pages, saying the web content is empty when it’s not. We can still navigate with the keyboard focus, but VO cannot be used to navigate properly. Rebooting VO doesn’t often solve the issue; refreshing the page is the only reliable solution. However, there are times when you wouldn’t want to refresh a page, such as when filling out a form. I have this issue on Safari as well. Now, when auto-saved passwords are filled, VO plays the password text-entered sound for each character, even though it’s automatically entered. This didn’t used to happen and is annoying. Is anybody else experiencing these annoyances?

I have experienced this before on previous version of Sequoia. I haven't upgraded to the latest one yet.

But I've definitely had a few times where I just cannot get Safari to read the web page, and even closing the tab, reopening and pasting the URL in doesn't help, but switching to a Chrome browser does. It's not very common and I don't think I've ever had the problem when doing anything complicated - just reading things. But it is annoying. It's been a little while since I have come across it though.
