VoiceOver Output issues with Google Docs in Chrome

Looking for assistance with resolving a few issues I have recently encountered when using Google Docs with VoiceOver on MacOS. I am using MacOS 26.5.2 with the latest version of Chrome as of this post. Yes both Screen Reader and Braille modes are enabled.

1. When navigating into a Google Doc text field, I either get no VoiceOver output or here a long string like, " " or announcing a bunch of bubbles, aka the Google pop ups for errors to comments and such. After interacting, VoiceOver does not speak though the system cursor is navigating the document, as I am able to just select all, copy, and paste the content into Word or Pages to edit.
2. VoiceOver is only able to interact with the Tab view/outline mode.

How can I restore things within Google Docs so I can simply navigate into the document and just get back to working with Docs, Sheets, and such? I have tried several of the View related settings to deactivate some of these items with no luck.
