Voices Since Updating to Ventura

Since updating to Mac OS Ventura, I have noticed that many voices have been added to my Mac and show up in the list of voices when I press VO Command Shift to quickly change a voice. When I opened the Voiceover utility to remove most of these voices, there does not seem to be a way of doing this. In previous Mac OS versions, the voices had checkboxes that could be unchecked to remove them.
This is frustrating because I have to go through along list of voices to find the one that I want to use .
Hope this makes sense.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey hope this message finds you in great spirit. Unfortunately, you won't be able to remove the eloquence voices due to their in build in the OS itself.
