Hi, I was looking for a good reading app for Mac OS, Surely I'll download and give it a try rite now.

The issue is that when I read with the app it keeps saying "text" after each spoken content. Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi Maldalain,

Please, can you activate the debug option in the settings screen, try reading a book a few minutes and go back to the settings screend and send me a feedback? the log files will be attached to your mail to understand what is happening in your device.

Thanks in advance

I sent you an email. For further clarification, the VoiceOver will say something like:
Chapter 16: Feedback in Academic Writing Text
the word text is not part of the content but VoiceOver announces this for no apparent reason.

@Maldalain, I think this "text" saying issue is related to the voiceover itself, I'm using my macbook air on Mac OS 27 beta and Voiceover never says it.

However, I have other problems on my end.

So I tried the app with using voiceover, because I'll read my books with voiceover, not with built in TTS. The first thing is, VO+A is not working for contineous reading. Voiceover only reads the pragraph it all ready landed on, it doesn't keep going, and it always says "Actions available." after that.

My second problem is, I can only read a very short portion of a document I imported with voiceover, like first pages, then when I press the rite arrow, Voiceover play that border sound when you go to end of a screen.

Hello Cankut,

The problem with the word "text" and the end using with VoiceOver dpeneds on the VoiceOver settings. The problem will be fixed in the next version of VoxLibri for Mac (I hope it will be published on next week)

About your first problem, I will study a solution about that.

For your second problem, try to use the "continuous page" mode in the "Display options in the settings screen.

Please, use the "send feedback" button in the settings screen to reports problems and suggestions.

Thanks and regards
