would any one be able to help me via skype to in able key board comander/ it is on but when i go to it the time does not work. my skype is rnbiscool if any one wants to add me

Try hitting vo+shift+k if that doesn't work, go to voiceover utility. Go to the commanders tab. Go to the keyboard commander tab. Hit enable keyboard commander! Good to go from there.
