Changing My Apple ID

Hope I've placed this in the correct and most productive area. I recently changed my email addres and was successful in changing my apple ID using ITunes but my old email address is not updated on my phone. I cannot find anywhere to update my phone. Do I have to restore to factory defaults?

Hi Doug, Go into Settings, then to iTunes and App Stores. If you flick to the right, you will hear "Apple ID," followed by what should be your old ID. Double-tap on that and there is an option to sign out. Now enter your new ID and you should be all set.
