Data Only Mobile plan

It is well known that iPads and other tablet devices are sold as "wi-fi" only or have the ability to connect to mobile data networks provided by cell phone carriers. T-mobile is now offering data only plans for phones. The article does not specifically state it will work with iPhone but this could be a good opportunity to use an iPhone at a lower cost. If you use VOIP services, you still might be able to make voice calls. You can find plenty of iPhone 5C, 5S, and 6/6 plus handsets on the secondary market for prices far below brand-new 6S/6S plus handsets. The older phones have most of the features found in the new phones. The announcement is found at http://www.tmonews.com/2016/03/t-mobile-quietly-introduces-data-only-wireless-plans-without-voice-call-inclusions/
