Is this account on your Mac? If so, you can sign out and uninstall the BitTorrent program. If this is not what you are looking for, can you give more information so that we can figure out if this is some kind of malware or application?
bleep uses dht, a concept looks good on paper but not suitable for mobile environment. to make it works, the device needs to run in the background all the time,that's why the notification is so unreliable. plus, the voice quality is just unacceptable. also, there is no key validation and not much detail about the software.
excellent app, high quality voice, keys can be validated, and you don't have to provide any personal info.
anyway, the only way to delete a contact from bleep is to reinstall the app.
