Hello everyone!

I am a Master's student in Marketing and, for my thesis, I am researching how visually impaired consumers perceive Apple's advertising communication. I would love to understand your subjective perceptions and experiences on this topic. The study has been approved by the University, and participation is completely voluntary.

If you decide to participate, you will be invited to a brief interview (approximately 30 minutes) which, with your consent, may be recorded to facilitate transcription and analysis. All the information you provide will be treated confidentially, anonymized, and used exclusively for academic purposes. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of your data at any time.

Thank you for your attention! If you would like to participate or need further information, please feel free to contact me here or via email at: [email protected].

I emailed you, Margherita, and not sure why I did not receive a response, maybe it went straight to the spam.
Let me know if you're ok we can find other ways to get in touch.
All the best

I’m so sorry, I never received your email and have only just seen your reply now. I didn’t even find it in my spam folder. Would you mind sending it again? If not, where else could I write to you? Best Regards

If there’s anyone who would be willing to help me with my thesis and has low vision (but isn’t fully blind), I would be very grateful. I’ve already reached my target number of fully blind participants, but I still need people with low vision. Please email me at [email protected] if you’re interested. The interview takes a maximum of 30 minutes and is based solely on subjective experiences and personal opinions, there’s nothing technical to know and no right or wrong answers.
Thank you in advance to anyone who is happy to help!

I reached out to you earlier and also commented on your post but have not received any follow-up. You did send an email asking me to confirm whether I am blind or visually impaired, but after my response, there was no further communication. I understand that all participant slots for fully blind individuals may now be filled; however, it’s important in academic research to acknowledge those who express interest and communicate with transparency and respect—especially when declining participation.
That said, I wish you the very best with your research.

I replied to your email Sunday asking if you’d like to catch up Monday or Tuesday.… I sent that message as soon as I received your email, since that meant I’d reached the number of people; honestly, I didn’t understand why you weren’t replying… I’m so sorry there was this misunderstanding

There's a community called /r/blind on reddit targeting the whole blindness spectrum where you can find many other visually impaired but not necessarily blind people, plus they have a Discord server with hundreds of users last I heard (I don't use Discord myself). However before posting your research survey make sure to message the moderators by following the appropriate link on that community's sidebar to ask for permission in advance, because otherwise your post is likely to get censored and you also risk getting banned.

Thank you! Reddit I know while Discord I don't, I'll try to post there. Thanks a lot for the advice!
