interactive map to learn location of states

Hope this is the place to ask this question. Adult learner would like to learn the location of each state in the USA. Learner is not from the USA and uses JAWS as access. Is there any apps out there that might help? I know it is a wild shot but I thought I would throw it out there. Thanks

I do not know of an app to help, but have you thought about a tactile atlas? APH sells one here:

Thanks for info eclectica. I have thought about a tactile atlas but this person will be a self learner and does not know Braille. I have figured out some things I can do to modify what is out there and have also located some vocal maps in education sites that I can modify. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something digital out there as well. thanks again for your information.
