Here’s what they say about it on their website:One to One at the Apple Retail Store will help you do more than you ever thought possible with your Mac. First, we'll get you set up, and we'll show you how to keep everything in sync with iCloud. Then, we'll help you create a training curriculum that works with the way you learn. One to One is just $99 for a full year and is available only at the time you buy a Mac from the Apple Retail Store or the Apple Online Store. Word of caution about VoiceOver help from Apple Store I went to a free workshop on Accessibility and VoiceOver a year or so ago, and the instructor did not know how to use it, he was not helpful. Recently I have been working with one of the instructors who is knowledgeable and committed. However, my impression is that she is an exception. voice over training Hi, I am a trainer from the area.
