Regarding Eligibility of Healthcare Portals and Apps

Hi everyone. Subject pretty much sums it up. I've been thinking about something for the AppleVis Hall of Fame/Golden Apples, and I'd like opinions. I've heard that most healthcare portals and/or their companion iOS apps leave a lot to be desired in the accessibility department, and that only a handful of these have relatively good accessibility. Both the online portal and companion app used by my local healthcare provider are very accessible at least with VoiceOver. I'm wondering if any of the healthcare web portals and apps can be eligible for induction, and if so how could this be done without giving out anyone's personal information? Tia for any thoughts on this.
