Hi,
Hi,
I'm glad you are asking on here. I don't know if there's any instruction on this via trainers for iPhone/iOS, but we'll try our best to help on upgrading/iOs on here. Upgrading is simple. Just connect the device to iTunes with the lightning cable. By default your device should automatically back up all your files/data on the computer. You should then be presented with a update button in the summary page in iTunes. Click on that and follow the on screen prompts. It's simple to upgrade. Regarding app help, What are you trying to do. I didn't catch what you are doing with the apps. Please be more specific. Also with iOS 10, there really isn't much in regards to voice over that has changed. You still use the same gestures. There is a four finger swipe from right to left to move between various apps that are open.
HTH and good luck.
Hey!
Hello,
I’m in Santa Clarita. Yeah, you know… home of the Santa Clarita Diet. LOL Anyway, if you upgrade from 8.x to 10.2.1 on the iPhone 6, the learning curve isn’t that bad. It sounds more scary than it really is. Like Justin said, you connect your device to your Windows or Mac computer then it will let you know a newer version of the IOS is available and would you like to install it now? Click on no then click on File> Device> and select back up my device. When that’s done, click on file> device> and select transfer purchases. You can then proceede to upgrade to IOS 10.
If you are really freaked out about upgrading and would like to pay someone to walk you through and go over the apps, you might want to consider this other option. Instead of paying someone, take that money and purchase a used iPhone 6S or an iPhone 7. The newer device will likely have IOS 10.2.1. You can always move your SIM card between the two phones. This way, you can learn the new IOS on a newer device while still holding on to your iPhone 6 with IOS 8. Then when you’re really comfortable with the new IOS, you can sell the older device.
You found the best place on the web for IOS and OSX help. If you run into any problems, you can do a search on this site or post a question and someone will come along and help out.
HTH and good luck.
I'm in riverside
Hello,
If you don't find anyone else, I should have a little time early april. I could come to you and assist you then on this software, and we can agree on a price if you are interested. I could give you a block of 4 hours some weekend, since I am a college student it is hard for me to get away on weekdays. But I have been using IOS since the 3gs came out in 2010 so I have lots of experience.
