Issue on creating account on Applevis

Hello user, this is Kaushik from india. I am trying to create a new account on this website, but it is saying error message and the message says that the spam filters and if you turn on VPN, please turn off, but I don't have VPN installed on my phone separately, so what is this issue and how to fix this because we want to participate in the Apple Accessibility Survay but so many friends of mine are getting this error message

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. We have made some temporary adjustments to our antispam system that we hope will serve as a workaround during the survey period. Can you please ask your friends to try registering and completing the survey, and then report back here?

We are trying from eight hours. We cannot able to register. Please fix this issue ASAP.

To clarify, are you still (as of the time of my comment) having the issue? If so, are you getting a Cloudflare error or something else? If possible, can you please paste the text of the error you are receiving?

Spam filter, you might try after sometime if you're using VPN, please turn off this is the message. I'm getting now also.
Not only for me, my friends are from India. We are also getting the same message.
