actions rotor does not work in tv os14

I am seriously underwhelmed by TV OS 14, and your issue was one of my biggest issues with it. I have found, however, that it is possible to close apps with a bit of fiddling around. As you've pointed out, very correctly, the roter is virtually broken. If you get it to say actions, though, and then do a 2 finger tripple tap, VO *should* say "exploration mode." When it does, you should be able to flick up to close apps. I also found that in this exploration mode, you can move the roter to something that says syncronized focus. Flick up or down to make sure that this is on. It doesn't help much, but it seems to help a little. I also wennt into VO settings and made sure that the mode was not set on direct touch. I'm not remembering the options off the top of my head, but I think you want to change that to "follow focus." Again, it doesn't help much, but it makes things at least a little less frustrating. Also, once you're done closing apps, be sure to 2 finger triple tap again to get back into navigation mode. Otherwise, things will not work at all as expected.
