TVOS 14.6 on apple tv 4k 2021 and possible voice-over bug

I just bought the new Apple TV 4k 2021. I updated it to the newest TVOS Version: 14.6.
When I am watching a Movie in the TV App, if i pause the movie using the button on the Siri Remote, Voice-over repeats "actions available" It keeps doing this endless until I resume the movie. Is this a known issue?

It is not just your new toy that does this. I have experienced the same behavior with my Apple TV 4th generation, as well. It's not in all apps. To fix this, simply start something playing and then turn off Voiceover until finished. I see this in different apps but not all apps.
