Alternatives tocycle tracking app

Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows of an app to track PMS symptoms and send reminders of when you are approx due to enter PMS and start your period. It
would be useful if this could be logged onto an Apple watch and sync to the Health app. I have tried cycle tracking but can't get the reminders to appear on watch or phone
