listening to Apple Watch through connected Bluetooth headsets

watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

hi all
I seem to have developed a random problem in iOS 12.
Whenever I connect my Apple Watch to my headset, I literally have to stop my music to see the progression of my work out.
This was never a problem, but it seem to have randomly popped up, and I was 13. Two has not fixed it.
I have done the following: reported the bug to Apple, unpaired and repaired my Apple Watch, used multiple headsets, and anything else I can think of.
Has anyone else experienced this?
If so, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Maybe new OS will fix that issue. However sadly you will need unlucky iOS 13.2 Good luck.
