recording Apps for Apple Watch Series 11 which will Bypass Apple's Voice Isolation Feature

I just recently upgraded my Watch series 7 to a Watch Series 11. I loved Just Press Record on my Watch 7 because it was easy to use and had awesome recordings. When I got my series 11 Watch however I found that Just Press Record does not record everything as clearly as it did on the Watch 7. I learned that this is because the Watch 11 includes Voice Isolation which capture voices clearly but then it pushes all background sounds to be lowed and not as clear as voices. The series 7 watch did not have voice isolation on it so when you pressed record all sounds came out at the same level without any processing. So it was awesome to use when out and about where you wanted to capture a sound tour of something. I am looking for an app that will make recordings where all sounds including voices and background sounds come out at the same level and that can bypass the new Voice isolation of the new series 11 watch. I've tried different apps without any success. Voice Memos works the way I want for my recordings, however it won't let you record things longer than 20 minutes, and many times I want to record things that are longer than 20 minutes. With Just Press Record, every recorded things that were over an hour without issues. I've tried Recorder HQ Pro and it seems to be ok but as soon as you click stop you are presented with a save screen and Voiceover is not able to get to the save button in time before the watch locks up. This is even after changing the wake time to 70 seconds. So any recordings I've made with the watch were lost. I am also trying an app called Awesome Voie Recorder Pro, and it seems to do what I want but unfortunately is not as seemless to use and has many accesibility issues which make the experience not very pleasant. I can keep Just Press Record around the use it on my phone, but will need to look for a different recording app for my watch. If anybody has any other sugesttions of apps that work on the watch series 11 allow me to record things and bypass Apple's new Voice isolation feature (which is great for phone calls) but not for recording when it makes background quieter than voices, and that allows for easy sync to my iPhone, I would appreciate any suggesttions.
