voiceover sluggish when trying to read the battery settings in watch os11

I have an apple SE2 watch running watch os11. I've noticed when trying to read info for the battery in settings vo becomes very sluggish. Has anyone else noticed this?

Iā€™m having exactly the same issue. Iā€™m also using an Apple Watch SE two.
