IOS 13.1 haptics customization

Thanksk for your podcast, i am using Iphone 7+ with new IOS 13.1 update. I am trying to find the haptic options under the path you mentioned in your podcast but in my phone their is no option for haptics under sounds. could you please guide me if it is bug or what ?
