Having Trouble Logging In/Finding My Doctor
Hello. I recently downloaded this app to my iPhone 14, and am having a bit of trouble already. I recently got a brand-new internist, and his practice uses this app and web portal. I've tried the web portal out, and it is pretty accessible with VoiceOver but just a bit confusing. When I try to input my internist's practice code via the mobile app, the form field is acting a bit wonky with speech and Braille. My mother emailed me the code, so I'm pretty sure it's correct. Additionally, the code seems to be on the web portal so I guess I could double-check there too. I need to send him an update regarding some tests and other things, but I'm not exactly sure where to do that on the web portal. I checked for this internist using the mobile app for other members of my healthcare team, thinking that he might have a listing there since these practices seem to be closely affiliated. But no such luck. Is there just an app called Healow UAE, or is there an additional one named "Healow App?" Tia for anyone's assistance with this, and take care. I'll also try reaching out to the devs of this app.
