Accessibility Comments

As it stands, this app just isn't worth it for VO users. Some activities are doable, but navigating the interface requires a great deal of patience.
VoiceOver can read all text, but some important controls are unlabeled and/or not usable.
For example, in an activity called the Life Wheel, users are asked to select 10 areas of life, then rate them on a scale from 0 (awful) to 10 (excellent). Not only is it impossible for a VoiceOver user to tell which areas are selected, there is also no way to choose any ratings other than 0.
During the introductory tour, the Continue button is completely blank. It isn't even a button; it's a totally silent, but selectable, control. Finding it by swiping or using a braille display is nearly impossible. It's about two-thirds down the screen, horrizontally centered.
One mostly accessible feature is the mood journal, but I found it rather tedious. There are dozens of moods to pick from, and the controls to jump to good, bad, or neutral choices don't appear to change anything. This meant that I needed to scroll my way through every option until I found what I needed.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads most page elements.

Button Labeling

Most buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

Some parts of the app are accessible with VoiceOver, but not enough to make it usable.

Other Comments

I will contact the developer to report some of these issues, because I think this app has potential for accessibility. If anything changes, I will update this entry accordingly.
