Wysa, from Touchkin. Sometimes, we just need someone to listen.
Wysa is an ‘emotionally intelligent’ chatbot which reacts to the emotions you express to manage anxiety, stress, blues, depression. It uses evidence-based cognitive-behavioural techniques (CBT), mindfulness, meditation, breathing and yoga to help you feel better.
Our pilot projects showed that symptoms of anxiety and depression were halved in people who used our chat-based support over three months. Wysa is our way of offering support to everyone. More than 3 million user conversations have happened already. We hope this helps you too.
You can chat with Wysa by responding to text and photos. Type ‘Help’ at any point during your chat to ask Wysa for assistance.
All information shared with the chatbot is private. It is de-linked from your details before anything is stored, so only you can see what you share. You can chat with Wysa completely anonymously.
Wysa uses Apple’s Health app to help you get more active and feel better.

It reads buttons as dimmed, you just have to double tap and hold, as if you are editing an app. You also have to hit the send button to get it to send to the chatbot, enter won't work.
