I didn't purchase any in app purchases which are the draft guides because I simply didn't want to andthey all are outdated as of starting of the 2019-2020 football season.So I can't tell you if the draft guides are accessible or not.

Other Comments: 

If you want to follow a player and get news updates on them, after you do a search with their name in the search box, click on their name when it comes up then go to a news story about them, you can flick through the news until you reach the follow news button or you can just do a 4 finger tap on the bottom part of your screen and that will bring you to the bottom of the page and from there flick left a couple times to find the button
