1. Ensure that VoiceOver is enabled.
2. Open the native Mail app.
3. Double-tap on the compose button.
4. Place VoiceOver focus in to the body field.
5. Type some text.
6. With VoiceOver focus still in the body field, check to make sure that the VoiceOver rotor is set to its Actions menu.
7. Flick up with 1 finger repeatedly to move through all items available in the Actions menu.

You should find that Misspelled Words is not present, whereas it has been in the past.

In some apps this feature never appears; while in others its behavior is inconsistent.

In the case of Safari, this option appears to never be available when entering text in to textfields on web pages.

When viewing a conversation in Mail with VoiceOver enabled, the misspelled words rotor is present but has no purpose in this instance

The Misspelled Words rotor option is missing when composing a new message in the Mail app.

Though the Misspelled Words rotor option is present, it is not possible to flick up and down to jump between misspelled words. This was briefly fixed in iOS 13.4.

When in a text field in Safari, the VoiceOver rotor's Action menu contains the Misspelled Words item. However, if accessed, it does not actually work - in that it does not locate misspelled words.

This means that VoiceOver users might falsely believe that there are no misspelled words.

Steps to reproduce:

In the native iOS weather app, When rain or snow are coming in the next hour, a minute-by-minute precipitation chart appears at the top of the screen (U.S. and UK only).

Currently, VoiceOver only speaks the axis labels of this chart (Now, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes, and 50 minutes). The amount of rain or snow expected for each of these intervals is not spoken by VoiceOver.

When a timer is running, it is shown as a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. When this is expanded, one of the available buttons is to pause/resume the timer. This button is missing a label for VoiceOver users.

The ‘Radio’ tab in the native Music app contains some graphical UI elements which are not recognized by VoiceOver and can interfere with the movement of VoiceOver focus when swiping through the contents of this tab.

This behaviour may understandably have you assume that there is nothing more on this screen, when in fact there is.

Additionally, you are likely to encounter a number of “Play” and “Schedule” buttons on this tab, where the UI element they are associated with is not recognized or spoken by VoiceOver.

The button indicating that an iMessage was sent with Siri, located to the right of the message, is labeled as "Replay" instead of "sent with Siri."

In Settings > iCloud > Storage > Buy More Storage, a two-finger scrub fails to activate the Back button.

1. Ensure that the Dark/Light Mode toggle is enabled for display in the Control Centre.
2. Ensure that VoiceOver is enabled.
3. Load the Control Centre.
4. Place VoiceOver focus on to the Dark/Light Mode toggle.
5. Double-tap with 1 finger to switch between Dark and Light Mode.
6. Double-tap with 1 finger to switch between Dark and Light Mode.

You should find that the depending upon the current selection status of this toggle, VoiceOver will announce one of two things as you toggle the setting:

When attempting to make changes in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Signatures the Settings App will crash.

1. Ensure that VoiceOver is enabled.
2. Open the Camera app.
3. Double-tap with 1 finger on the Photo and Video viewer button (assuming that there are already photos on your camera roll, otherwise take a photo first.

One of your previously taken photos should now be displayed on screen.

When attempting to locate the iOS Status Bar by touch, the ‘target’ area in iOS 13 appears to be much smaller than it has been in previous iOS versions. This is most noticeable when on the Home screen.

The time picker used when creating or editing a scheduled Screen time downtime or app limit is not accessible with VoiceOver.

Specifically, if you navigate to Settings > Screen Time > Downtime and enable “Scheduled”, the picker used to set the start and end times is not accessible. Likewise for the picker when creating or editing an app limit.

When first navigating to the Search tab of the TV app, a grid of icons is displayed that offers a number of suggested categories, movies, and shows. Typically, VoiceOver will only speak the correct name of a small number of these, with the remainder either announced as unlabelled buttons or given a name that's possibly based upon the file name of the icon or the results of VoiceOver's image recognition feature.

This bug makes it not possible to attach files to emails, takes away direct access to Writing Tools and so forth

The UI control that's present on the Lock Screen when a Focus mode is enabled foes not work as expected when using VoiceOver.

Specifically, turn on a Focus mode and then go to the Lock Screen.

At the bottom centre of the screen is a button that should give access to a dialog where you can disable the Focus Mode.

On some occasions this control can only be located by touch.

On some occasions it has the label “attachment.png, file, Do Not Disturb”.

On some occasions it has the expected label.

If you have Invert Colors enabled system-wide and VoiceOver enabled, you are likely to find that the App Switcher cannot be activated.

If you use per-app settings to enable Invert Colors for specific apps, you will likely find that the App Switcher will stop working when you open one of these apps.
