I've just found out that the iOS notes app has an inbuilt document scanner, but I was wondering how accessible this was with voice-over.
For example, is there a way to get voice-over to tell me how to position the camera in relation to the document to get the best angle for the picture, and when cropping out background, can voice-over help me with this also?
Thank you for your help.

I tried it with an iPad
Voiceover does say "move camera slightly up" and "move camera slightly down" many times before it snaps a picture. Nut once captured I could not get Voiceover to read the document.
try seeing a i
Once you have the photo saved try reading it with seeing a i.
That works well for me.

How do you get in to the document scanner in Notes? I just see a button where my presently saved notes are and to create a new folder. I had no idea the scanner was even there.
on iPad
On an iPad I tapped new note in the upper right. That opens a text entry area and the onscreen keyboard. Along the top of the keyboard to the far right I tapped insert. This brings up a few options one of which is scan document.

AM trying to use the scan feature on the notes app on ios, but, it took about 3 photos for the same pic, so how can i delete just one of them?
