Recently I wrote on the appstore about a problem I had been having with an app. When I try to view the developers response by doubletapping on my original comment to open it up it doesn't work? Am I doing something wrong?

Do you know if this is something recent with the appstore, or has it always been the case? I haven't cominucated much through the appstore so I am not very familiar with it.
I normally see the devs
I normally see the devs responses out of order, that is, at the very top o reviews. I'm not sure when that change took place as I almost never reachout via the app store.

It does seem that this a voiceover problem, so I thought maybe I should move to accessability advocacy and bump it up a bit.
Has anyone else been having the same problem, other than those who have allready posted of course.

hi their, yes I to have the same issue where i can't see the dev response to reviews in the app store. this has always been an on going issue for the app store and i've raised it with apple several times.

If there is one, it will read it, if not, it just stops reading.
A bug
There is a bug with reading reviews which has been around even back in iOS 12. VoiceOver always ends reading by saying developer response, but this doesn't actually mean the review has one. This confused me for the longest time. If a review does have a response, then VO will just read it automatically when you focus the review along with the time it was posted.

I've had this issue as well, but I get email notifications from Apple with the developer's response. Still, it would be nice if Apple could fix this issue with the app store.
Developer Responses
I’ve never had an issue when developer responds. Voice over automatically reads response if developer responded. There’s no need to double tap your review to activate.

That's strange. I haven't been able to read the developer responses to my apps via the app store. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. Not only can I not do it on the iPhone, but I can't view them on the mac either.
