Newsstand?

I am wondering if there are any newsstand apps that are VoiceOver-accessible, or if the technology empoloyed for newsstand apps is inherently inaccessible? I have tried from time to time with certain local publishers that offer newsstand papers on iOS but so far, every single experiment I did so far failed. It was possible to buy items, but the content was never readable. Is this a generic problem, or is it related to how the content providers create their content for iOS?

It's the content providers problem. They should make their content more accessible to the blind.

It's down to the content providers. I subscribe to The Guardian iPad Edition for example which works well.
