Changing the trackname in garageband

Hi! Had a little issue coming up while working on a project in garageband with VO. I can't seem to find a way of changing the track name, only the recorded region will let me change it's name. Since the track originally get the name from the effect preset that you choose, I can e.g. have several tracks named Male basics, so when I in my example have 3 tracks that I want to use for background harmonising, I would want to name each of them different things to keep them apart, let's say Background vocals 1 to 3. Can this be done with voiceover or will I have to keep renaming each region in stead? Kind of frustrating, since each track can contain several regions, and changing the region name don't show up in the list of tracks. Hope you gurus out there can help! Probably an easy way to do this, only I who haven't figured out yet :) Thanks in advance Cliff

left click on the track name (e.g. grand piano) and it will highlight to be renamed.

Hi Isaac! I tried doing that first with VO+Shift+M on the track name, which usually should be equal to right clicking, but nothing happens. So I even tried moving the mouse cursor to where the VO focus is when it's on the track name, by hitting VO+Cmd+F5 and then do a Ctrl+Click which should be a right click on the mac, but nothing happens then either... If I try interacting with the track name, I go in to the settings where I can chose to Solo or Mute the track, and change volume and pan settings and so on. No option to change the name of the track. What am I doing wrong here? Looking forward to soon be getting protools... My impressions are that things go a lot smoother there... Thanks :)
