I just update to Watch OS 6.01 on a series 4. When the watch updated and I had to enter the PIN to access the watch voice over did not work. Lucky I have enough vision to just see the numbers. but this is not really acceptable. So if you rely on voice over completely you will need a sighted friend to log into your watch.

hi, not sure why yours did that, but i updated to it on my new watch s 5, and i did not have this problem. so either it's particular to your model, or you might have just had a quirky thing happen?

I had the same but it went away. Try to restart watch. Using Siri 5.

I have noticed that before updating the watch if VO is turned off, then it would not start by default. Perhaps you might have turned it off by mistake?
I updated mine (S4/ss44), I did not experience the issue you mentioned.

My watch updated overnight and I don't remember having issues unlocking it. Then again I think I did it by touch ID on my phone so Maybe I just sidestepped them. In any case I have seen VO sometimes lag after a watch update and restarting it usually cleared it up.
