Is there a way to move the miniplayer off the screen. I'm reading through a list of search results, for example, and the miniplayer is at the bottom of the screen. Is this covering up more search results? That's why I'm wondering if there is a way to get it off the screen. Thanks.

What you can do
I don't know about hiding the miniplayer, but to see additional search results, you can use the 3-finger swipe up to page up to additional pages of results.

Jeff gave best search navigation suggestion. The player is collapsed, but can’t be hidden or moved.
