Bluetooth and VoiceOver speech

Hi all,

Does anyone else notice the new iOS 13 feature where VoiceOver's speech does not go to Bluetooth speakers when music is playing through them? I have a question.
Why is this only happening with 1 speaker I've tried? The others, including Bluetooth to 3.5 MM adapters, all steal my VoiceOver speech when the speaker I use in the shower does not. LOL it's really annoying especially since I want VoiceOver always coming from the phone not the Bluetooth speaker. If it worked on all my speakers and not just 1, that would be nice.

I've seen this too. I have a radio that's Bt. compatible, and it does it with that. And with another Bt. speaker we have too. But with my echo, Vo. comes through the ipad & not the echo. which is what I want, & what it's suposed to do.

I think it has something to do with the firmware on the speaker. That would be my guess.
