Accessible Ringtone Maker?

Hi all: I'm wondering if anyone would happen to know of an accessible ringtone maker? I've used a product called: "iRinger" but I am finding that it is no longer accessible. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks CF

freeringtones.cc is a great site that has a ringtone maker the app is free but don't send the ringtones to you're cell because of my test that I just rean that feature of the site is not free they charge you 9.00 a month. To make a ringtone that is free.

Do you have a Mac? If so I've been using Garage Band for making ringtones.

The app called Ringtones #1 has just now released an update which mentions 'VoiceOver support' in the release notes.
