issue with the cvs pharmacy app

Has anyone else tried the new delivery feature through the cvs pharmacy app? I came across one accessibility issue. When I try to digitally sign the prescription via the app the on screen keybord does not come up, it says double tap to edit where you put in your first and last name but the keybord does not come up.
Anyone else had this issue?

Hello Troy,
The web site, cvs.com, is very accessible. I recommend it for prescription management. They also have a new program called ScripSync for this. You can also use their text messaging. Stay healthy and safe.
