When I use Facebook, which is
When I use Facebook, which is rarely these days. I prefer to login into Facebook in Safari. These are the keyboard shortcuts I use. Note that the Navigation section says to use Control and Option + a number but that does work when VoiceOver is enable. Instead just press control + a number. For example you want to go to Notifications then press Control + 5 (not VO + 5 as they suggest).

Ok, I am on Katalina, and have searched high and low for an official facebook app, and can't find it. The only thing that shows up is the messenger app. That's it. For the life of me, I can't find this facebook app you speak of. I don't doubt what you're saying, but I seriously can't find it. I'm located in the U.S, so it shouldn't be a problem with the particular store.

For the messenger app, you
For the messenger app, you can technically use it, but Voiceover becomes incredibly unresponsive when reading through the messages. I've done it, but for now it's more trouble than it's really worth.
